What you need to do now:
Step away from the keyboard.
Do not attempt to log into your WordPress admin panel or your hosting account. Do not change any passwords right now, and do not try to implement any “quick fixes.” Modifying files or database entries while I am running an extraction can cause further corruption.
- If your logins fail: I will contact you immediately to get the correct access.
- If the extraction is proceeding normally: You will not hear from me until the site is fully cleaned, restored, and operational.
You brought this to an engineer so you could stop stressing about it. The situation is now under my control. I will notify you the exact moment your digital assets are secured and back online.
