I'm Alex. This is CYBER BRAND.
CYBER BRAND is my independent web practice. I work with business owners to make websites they can feel good about, understand, and keep using as their business grows. From the first conversation to the work after launch, you're talking to me.
I bring the creative decisions and the technical work together, with a personal stake in getting both right.

My dad's construction company website was being held hostage. I was learning IT at the time, and I wanted to help him get it back. Recovering that site gave me a reason to learn the web, and a very clear sense of who the work was for.
What stayed with me was how much a website matters to the person whose business depends on it. It should be something you can rely on and control. That experience still shapes the questions I ask and the responsibility I feel when someone trusts me with their site.

I want to understand what you're trying to do before deciding what to build. We'll talk about your business, the people you need to reach, and what isn't working. You don't need to arrive with a technical brief. Part of my job is helping you turn a rough idea into a clear direction. I find that the useful details often come from an ordinary conversation: what customers ask you, what takes too much of your time, or what you wish the website could explain more clearly. Those details give the work a purpose beyond simply getting a new page online.
I make design and technical decisions together, and explain the choices in plain language. I care about how a site looks, how it feels to use, and whether the person running the business can live with it day to day. I'll bring my judgment, listen to yours, and keep you involved.
Delivery should leave you confident about what comes next. That means helping you understand your website and manage the parts you want to handle yourself. I stay accountable after launch, too. When you have a question or something needs attention, you know who to reach.

I can even make posts to the blog page which helps improve the social media element of our website.
