When your site goes down from malware, a fatal error, or a broken update, my job is to extract it and restore stability.
Before you authorize the $500 rescue deployment, review the operational boundaries. This is a triage service to get you back online, not a redesign.
1. The $500 Standard Rescue
I require Administrator access to your WordPress dashboard AND/OR your hosting account (cPanel/FTP/phpMyAdmin).
- Malware & Hacks: I will lock down the server or move assets to secure server, clean the database, and remove malicious code.
- Broken Plugins & Themes: If a plugin or theme is crashing the site, I will isolate and remove it so your site loads.. As part of this service: I will not write custom code to fix third-party software, nor will I hunt down and configure replacement plugins, nor find licenses for unlicensed plugins.
- Fatal PHP / Server Errors: If your host updated their systems and your outdated site broke, I can migrate it to an isolated legacy server to keep it online. We will then need to quote a custom rebuild using modern architecture.
2. Forensic Rebuilds (Custom Quote Required)
If you do not have your logins, or your site was completely deleted, a standard rescue is impossible.
- Hostage Situations: If an agency refuses to release your passwords, I will engineer a new site from the ground up.
- Deleted Infrastructure: If your host wiped your server, I can often use Archive.org to scrape your historical content and reconstruct a new site.
