We do not sell personal data. We do not use this marketing site for user accounts or payment card storage.
Cookies and similar storage
- This site does not set non-essential first-party cookies for tracking or advertising.
- Umami analytics is configured for privacy-friendly, aggregate measurement. It does not use third-party ad cookies.
- Turnstile may use cookies or local storage on Cloudflare’s domain during the security check on
/contact/.
If you enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, we skip loading the analytics script.
Legal basis (EEA/UK visitors)
- Contact inquiries: Legitimate interest and/or steps prior to a contract at your request.
- Security (Turnstile, logs): Legitimate interest in protecting the site and form.
- Analytics: Legitimate interest in measuring site use, balanced against privacy (aggregate, no ad targeting).
How long we keep data
- Contact submissions: Retained as long as needed for the business relationship and reasonable follow-up, then deleted or archived.
- Email copies: Stored in the operator mailbox (MXRoute) under normal backup retention.
- Analytics: Per Umami instance retention (typically rolling, aggregate only).
Processors and hosting
Data may be processed by:
- Cloudflare (CDN, Pages, Turnstile, DDoS protection)
- MXRoute or Resend (transactional email delivery for contact notifications)
- Umami (self-hosted analytics at
stats.cyberbrand.net)
Processors are used under their terms and, where applicable, standard contractual safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability or withdraw consent where consent applies. California and Colorado residents may opt out of sale/sharing via GPC, which we honor by not loading analytics when GPC is set.

Security
We use HTTPS, form validation, Turnstile, and rate limits on APIs. Report security issues via /.well-known/security.txt.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
