I build from the bare metal up. Because I run my own Debian dedicated server environment (powered by OpenLiteSpeed), my WordPress build process is engineered specifically to utilize that raw server power.

Here is exactly how I take a project from an idea to a high-performance, lead-generating machine.

Phase 1: The Blueprint (Data Collection)

Before a single line of code is written, I need the raw materials. The approach changes slightly depending on whether we are starting from scratch or rescuing an old site.

For Brand New Websites: I collect your core business data: Business Name, Logos, Photos, Services Provided, Licenses, Accreditations, Brands Worked With, Service Area, Business Hours, and Contact Info.

• Missing Assets? Not a problem. If you don’t have professional photos or vector logos, I will create them, buy the right stock, or source high-quality free assets to fill the gaps.

For Website Redesigns (Old Sites): If you already have a site, I have 90% of the information I need. I usually just need your raw logo work files or some newer photos.

• Zero Downtime: I take a full backup of your current site, then spin up a secure staging environment (e.g., beta.yourdomain.com) on my dedicated server. Your old site stays live and untouched while I build the new one in the background.

Phase 2: The Core Foundation & The “Lean Stack”

I don’t use automated “one-click” installers that inject hosting bloatware. I spin up a site directly from an open-source WordPress tarball for a perfectly clean slate. I immediately apply strict SSL encryption and route the domain through Cloudflare for enterprise-grade protection.

Then, I install my heavily curated, purpose-built tech stack. I only use plugins that serve a strict functional purpose:

• The Engine: Genesis Framework + Mai Theme. This is the gold standard for secure, future-proof WordPress design. It doesn’t break during core updates.
• The Lean Plugin Stack:
  • Five Star Business Profile and Schema: Injects the exact local SEO data Google needs to understand your business.
  • Headers Security Advanced & HSTS WP: Locks down browser-level security that 99% of designers don’t even know exists.

Phase 3: Content Generation & Visual Design

A site needs to look sharp and sound authoritative. I extract the color schemes directly from your logos and brand assets (or create a completely new, high-conversion color system if you are rebranding).

For the copy, I leverage cutting-edge AI to generate the heavy lifting of the text based on your raw business data. But I don’t just copy-paste bot text. I manually edit, rewrite, and refine every paragraph so it sounds human and is perfectly tailored to sell your specific services.

Phase 4: Revisions & The Optimization Pass

Once the beta draft is complete, I put it in front of you. We review the layout, the copy, and the flow, and I make the necessary revisions until it hits the mark.

Once the design is locked in, I do the Optimization Pass:

1. SEO Meta: I manually write the title tags and meta descriptions for search engines.
2. Next-Gen Media: All images are optimized, compressed, and served in modern WebP formats to eliminate bandwidth drag.
3. Caching & CDN Activation: I flip the switch on the server-side caching (FastCGI, Memcached, Redis) and activate the QUIC.cloud CDN or Cloudflare CDN, distributing your site globally so it loads instantly whether your customer is down the street or across the country.
